| Other charges | Internet and data charges are yours. As prices are in US dollars, your card issuer's exchange rate and foreign transaction fees may apply. |
| Payment methods | Credit and debit cards and other methods through Stripe. Enterprise plans can also be paid by invoice. |
| When you pay | Paid plans are charged when you subscribe, then automatically on each monthly or yearly renewal date. With a free trial, the first charge is at the end of the trial. Each customer and each card gets one free trial; if the card already had one, the first charge is when you subscribe. Prepaid credits are charged when you buy them. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. |

| Cancellation | You can cancel at any time in the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again. |
| Refunds | Because of the nature of the Service, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires or where we end the Service for convenience (Terms section 9.3). Prepaid credits are valid for 6 months from purchase and are not refundable. |
