AI live chat support for Filament

A chat widget for any website and a live support inbox in your Filament panel. An AI answers first with your own API key, and hands the chat to your team when it is not sure or the visitor asks for a person.

  • One script tag on any site, or a Blade component in your Laravel app. Messages arrive live, with polling as a fallback.
  • Bring your own AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek or any OpenAI-compatible service such as Ollama. Off, suggested replies or automatic answers.
  • Limits on AI answers per conversation, per visitor and per day keep the AI bill in check.

Before you start

  • The app secret is shown only once, when you create the app or rotate its secret. Keep it on your server, never in a browser or game build.
  • When the website is on another domain than your Laravel app, add it to HIBIRA_SUPPORT_ORIGINS in .env and to the app’s allowed origins.
