Shopify app for real-time viewer counts

Install Hibira Live Visitors from the Shopify App Store and turn on its app embed. Product pages show how many shoppers are looking right now, counted from open tabs, never invented. Pro adds just-bought popups from real orders and a store-wide shopper count.

  1. Install

    Shopify admin → Apps → Shopify App Store
  → search "Hibira Live Visitors" → Install
The app opens in your admin. There is nothing to sign up for.

  2. Turn it on in your theme

    Hibira Live Visitors → Open app embeds
  → turn on "Hibira Live Visitors" → Save

Online Store → Themes → Customize → Product page
  → Add block → Apps → "Viewing now"   (optional: choose where it shows)

  3. Upgrade to Pro

    Hibira Live Visitors → Plan → Upgrade
  → approve the charge on Shopify ($9.99 / 30 days, 7-day trial)
Popups and the store-wide "shopping now" block switch on at once.

Before you start

  • Nothing to sign up for: the app sets up its realtime connection when you first open it. Free counts up to 100 shoppers at once, Pro up to 1,000.
  • Pro is billed by Shopify on your invoice: $9.99 every 30 days after a 7-day trial. Development stores get test charges.
